Why work with me? 

 

With over 20 years in business & marketing it was easy to pick who I would serve. As a former marketing consultant, I loved working with small businesses to help them get their dreams off the ground. Starting a small business is a labor of love. I also noticed in those years as a consultant that often women would have cultural gender ideas and limiting beliefs that really held them back. That was when I decided that I wanted to pursue further training in that area so that I might be able to help women thrive in marketing, sales, entrepreneurship and  breaking through limiting beliefs they held.

 

This is a passion for me & that passion is combined with both education and experience. I truly believe that people should do what makes their soul sing. I loved marketing, and still do. This is why I have combined marketing & development. As I mentioned it was so often a limiting belief holding someone back on a great campaign or not reaching sales quotas. It frustrated me that I didn't have the skill set to help them break those barriers, so I devoted myself to learning that skill set.  I set my goal for two paths. Certification through the Wayfinder Coach Training program. It's a program with the right amount of woo woo and research founded by Martha Beck. This program was truly life changing and transformational for me. I also set  sights on a master's degree, I chose a degree that covered human behavior, ethics, multicultural issues, developing interviewing & listening skills. I completed a Master's of Professional studies in human development and executive coaching. I learned coaching skills to use in Marketing & Sales Development Consulting. 

 

So all that is to say--- here we are, welcome to now. Twenty years of business experience brought in along side the skills to join in a creative process of evoking awareness.  It's really exciting & I invite you to join me on this ride!
