It's time.
We spend the majority of our time AT WORK. It's an important part of our lives. I work with women to help them create fulfilling and prosperous careers that they love by cultivating a development plan and hit self-directed goal. I coach clients through building relationships, productivity, perspective taking, meeting goals, dreaming, and everything that goes along with the work day.
Working with a development consultant is all about setting goals, creating focus, and accountability to reach those goals. Basically, it is YOUR time. Your time to hash out your thoughts about how you want your life/work to look in a month, a year or five years from now! It's about being an active participant in creating the life you want. You are the expert on you. I know the facilitation of coaching, my job is to cultivate self-awareness with powerful questions, give you space to decide on goals and create accountability. We are more successful at reaching goals when we have support. That is what I do. Support for creating your future.

Welcome to WISE coaching. There are few paths as lonely as the walking (or running) the road of sales and entrepreneurship. You're "on" all day- in meetings, lining up meetings, making sales calls, defending your call list, updating ALL THE PAPERWORK (there is SO much) or hosting events. But, yet it can be oddly isolating. I know because I have been there! That is why I have a passion for coaching sales professionals & entrepreneurs. This coaching is about YOU and how YOU operated within the business.
Are you stressed out? Is there something holding you back? Do you have limiting beliefs in certain areas? Maybe your goal isn't money at all, maybe it's how to deal with office conflict, the rejection of a thousand "no's", or any other number of things that come up. I believe that you are the expert on you, we make the space together for creating awareness so you can pursue those goals or any other goal you choose.

I am the confidence and empowerment coach to the Striver! I know that not all can afford a coaching & development, which is why I created the strivers program.
